The Future

Seeing that the new Lover collection was such a major let down I would rather like to post on a more positive note. Last night I watched Miranda July’s latest flick The Future. And what a lovely film it was! It is such rare achievement when July successfully makes clever, yet understated humour transcend onto film – such a precious gift. You can see the trailer here. I guess the film is all about how you should not let the future slip away while staying motionless; at the same time trying too hard might make it all collapse. Something like that.
